<title><![CDATA[Results from FDI Logbox customer satisfaction survey]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[Further to our last customer satisfaction survey, we have performed an extended analysis of all responses and aggregated the data to identify trends.<strong>We are taking into account&nbsp;our clients'&nbsp;feedback in our priority decisions for the future</strong>. <p>Having <strong>95% of respondent being globally very satisfied or satisfied</strong> and <strong>85% agreeing to refer new customers to FDI Logbox</strong> is very rewarding for all efforts performed by the various FDI Logbox teams in the past few years. <br />Beyond this big rewarding picture, let's look for <strong><u>4 main points</u></strong> at both the positive signs as well as the areas of improvements that this survey shapes up. </p><p><strong><u>1. Implementation process</u></strong>: 95% are satisfied with our new implementation process started 2 years ago as well as with our Inbox process for invoice integration. 10% would like to see an improvement in the various documentations available. We will develop an <strong>online documentation tool</strong> to address this demand. </p><p><strong><u>2. Guarantees</u></strong>: Obviously the current state of the economy is affected the level of guarantees in a big way, and therefore our customers' satisfaction on this topics. &bull; <strong>78% are satisfied with our new online Guarantee Tool</strong>, and currently 85% of our customers have been using this new tool during the first season. <br />&bull; <strong>95% are satisfied with response time of our credit management team</strong>: the new tool has enabled a dramatic improvement on this front. <br />Since September 2008, we have increased our information and warning efforts. We will be launching a <strong>new initiative to automate and provide online tools for this purpose</strong>. This will bring <strong>a set of new services by 2011</strong>.</p><p><strong><u>3. Cash Collection Performance</u></strong>: Between 95% to 60% of our customers are very satisfied or satisfied of our Cash Collection Performance. Dissatisfaction rate seems much more correlated to country payment culture rather than our teams' performance. However, we have no more important goal that making all our customers satisfied with our performances, so <strong>we will keep investing in tools, processes, education to deliver excellent results</strong>. </p><p><strong><u>4. Logbox Online</u></strong> is used by <strong>97% of our customers</strong>, and <strong>47% use this online tool every day</strong>. 75% find Logbox Online an easy to use and complete tool. As usual, online tool navigation can never please everyone so <strong>we will be providing continuous improvement with new versions</strong> of Logbox Online in the future.</p><p><strong><em>We would like to thank all our customers for their contribution to this survey. <br />We are very thankful to all the contributions and the time they took to answer our many questions. </em></strong></p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[Conrad Achino]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<p>We are deeply sorry to announce that Conrad Achino passed away last Saturday. He was the president and founder of FDI. For him who loved flying, he now in other skies.&nbsp;<br />At the beginning Conrad Achino was the VP sales of Bourgey Montreuil International. Back in 1984, He has been convincing his senior management to offer a new service to simplify and secure international transactions et he created a new company: FDI France. As early as 1985, FDI has created new offices in Belgium, Germany and the UK. Other subsidiaries came later.&nbsp;<br />Still leaving in Chambery, this adopted Savoyard was a passionate mountaineer and of sports such as automotive, flying aircraft and was still paragliding at more than 70.<br />He retired in 2001 and left FDI presidency with deep regret, this group that he founded and grew with talent, ability to anticipate the future, and management sense to build a competent team, with a priority on customer service.&nbsp;<br />Strong believer in his projects, very reactive, always looking for efficiency, Conrad Achino gave to FDI a capacity to adapt itself to find new positive stream during 25 years.<br />The funeral will take place this Thursday April 29th, at 3H30PM at Saint Alban Leysse, near Chamb&eacute;ry.<br /><br /><img width="400" src="http://www.fdi-logbox.com/upload/wysiwyg/C%20Achino.jpg" alt="Conrad Achino" height="327" /></p>]]></description>

It gathered all the experts from the textile and clothing industry in Portugal. <br />This event takes place once a year and has as main objective the debate of the biggest issues that fear but at the same time mobilize the entire sector.<br />This year, the main subject&nbsp;was 'Entrepreneurship : Opportunities after Crisis'. Several conferences have been organized to debate about the Portugal and Textile sector facing the global crisis. <title><![CDATA[RIBOX : New approach for the Italian Market]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<p>With the current crisis, the risk of unpaid invoices has been growing, in particular in Italy concerning the <strong>payments made by Riba</strong>. This means of payment is very used in Italy, it represents&nbsp; <strong>70% of the total of business payments</strong> in this country.<br />The Riba is a means of payment which allows to a seller to ask to his bank to recover a receivable to an Italian debtor and to collect the&nbsp;money at a fixed due date.<br />At the moment, in Italy, <strong>almost 35%&nbsp;of Riba are unpaid at the due date</strong>. <br />To answer to the Italian fashion companies needs, FDI Logbox is offering a <strong>new service in Italy</strong> : <strong>RIBOX</strong>. <br />RIBOX is dedicated to <strong><u>Italian firms</u></strong> from the fashion market who want to obtain <strong>financing solutions</strong> from their banks based on their Riba portfolio, and <strong>limit their risk of&nbsp;outstanding payments</strong>.&nbsp;With RIBOX, they will be able <strong>to finance their receivables and to benefit from FDI Logbox professional services to manage their customers accounts</strong>.&nbsp;RIBOX is a complementary solution to our&nbsp; <a href="http://www.fdi-logbox.com/en/services/solutions/customer-credit-management.html">LOGBOX</a> service. <description><![CDATA[As the credit insurance leaders have been pulling out of the fashion market in a massive way in December, fashion companies are left with difficult options: <br />&bull;&nbsp;Reduce their revenue to only accept guaranteed orders, which could mean downsize by 50%, clearly not an acceptable perspective.<br />&bull;&nbsp;Ship unsecure retailers in blind, and risk significant unpaid bills, that could amount to severe losses, also not an acceptable option.<br /><br />&nbsp;In this situation, Information and Account Management are much more crucial.
