New : guarantees requests now available on Logbox Online

Since 1st January 2010, FDI Logbox clients have the possibility to send their guarantees requests online on all the European shops they work with. This option is available through Logbox Online, the secured website dedicated to FDI Logbox clients.

The goal is to  make communication between FDI Logbox clients and FDI Logbox worldwide subsidiaries easier, and to reduce the reply time to guarantees requests.

This new Logbox Online application will allow to FDI Logbox clients to  gain time for what concerns the sending of their guarantee requests.
